Empowerment Leadership as a Predictor of the Organizational Innovation in Higher Education

Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationship between empowerment leadership and organizational innovation. analyzes influence of on innovation, whether knowledge sharing mediates effect individual creativity, if creativity moderates how psychological creativity.
 
 Theoretical framework: Empowerment includes delegation authority, participating in decision-making, informing employees about regulations, becoming a role model, showing concern, interacting with team members. Organizational innovation is ability generate adopt new ideas or behaviors because it increases productivity business performance. Knowledge mechanism that fosters creative thinking employees' creativity. Therefore, leaders tend promote practice by generating useful thoughts.
 Design/methodology/approach: Respondents are lecturers at Faculty Economics Business Islamic Higher Education (IHE) Java, Indonesia, who have been selected as participants. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM test modified results several models.
 Findings: The showed directly affects Individual howevet, failed mediate while moderate variables.
 Research, Practical & Social implications: added distinctive supports literature identifying key foster impair through investigating their relationships styles same research model.
 Originality/value: indicates majorly Furthermore, plays an important mediating variables for development
